if youre below 30 words per minute practice for two weeks. there is a free website called 10fastfingers. open it. type the words. see your score.
do it every morning while drinking chai. fifteen minutes. after two weeks you will hit 40.
also learn some excel. just sum formula. filter. sort. thats it. you dont need pivot tables or macros at the start.
youtube has so many tutorials in simple english. search “excel data entry for beginners” and watch the shortest one.
4. where to actually find work
facebook groups. yes but careful.
look for groups with names like “pakistani female freelancers” or “women working from home pakistan”. never join a group that asks for money.
upwork is good but hard for beginners. still make a profile. use a real photo. dont lie. write “i can type 40 words per minute and know basic excel.” bid on small 5 dollar jobs.
fiverr is maybe easier. create a gig called “i will do copy paste data entry for you.” charge 5 dollars. once you get one review more will come.
freelancer dot com. many pakistani women use this. filter by entry level and remote.
and listen. if anyone asks you to pay first. registration fee. training fee. anything. block them immediately. dont think. just block.

if you do those 20 rows perfectly. no mistakes. clean formatting. they will probably give you the full job. i did this and it worked.
also make a fake sample yourself. download any pdf from the internet. copy the text into excel. make neat columns. save the file. thats your portfolio.
is it cheating? a little. but youre showing you can do the work. thats what matters.
6. avoid these three scams. please.
scammers know women are searching for data entry jobs for females in pakistan work from home. so they set traps.
scam number one. “pay 1500 rupees to register for lifetime work.” no. real employers pay you. you never pay them.

scam number three. “we will send you a check to buy software. deposit it and send us the extra money.” the check bounces after a week. you lose everything.
if something sounds too good it is a lie. trust your gut.
7. how much can you really earn? real numbers.
let me be honest with you.
beginner rates are around 2 to 3 dollars per hour. thats roughly 600 to 900 rupees.
if you work 3 hours a day. 5 days a week. thats around 15 to 18 thousand rupees monthly.
after a few months you can raise your rates. 4 or 5 dollars per hour. then 25 to 30 thousand rupees.
is that a lot? no. but it is your own money. you can pay for your kids tuition. or help with groceries. or save for something you want without asking anyone.
and if you get really good. specialized data entry like medical or legal records. some women earn 8 to 10 dollars per hour. but that takes time. one step at a time.
